SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Each product will be packaged and shipped individually, each one will have precautions taken to ensure a safe delivery to the patron. If more than one item is purchased, some may be packaged together if theyre smaller and their safety can be ensured. Depending on what product was ordered will depend on what style packaging it will be in. If there is any damage because of shipment please contact immediately so a return or replacement can occur.
EASY RETURNS/REPLACEMENTS
Not satisfied with your purchase, place back in the packaging and shipping will be taken care of. If there is a defect with the product a new one can be sent to replace it,*please note the defective one must be returned to receive a new one. If you're dissatisfied with the product and would not like a replacement you may simply return to sender and a refund will be applied to the account you used to purchase.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You're able to track your package after it has been shipped, a tracking number will be assigned to your package, and forwarded to the number or email you have provided upon purchase.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Not satisfied with your product, return the product that has caused the dissatisfaction, a new one can be sent in its stead if it was a defect that was the issue, and the patron would like a new piece. Any other issue a refund of the product will occur once the return has been confirmed. Returns must happen within 2 weeks since the date it was delivered.
